Text marketing with proof of every opt-in

Tapfuel is a self-serve platform for SMS campaigns. Connect your own messaging provider, collect consent you can prove, and send to the people who asked to hear from you.

How Tapfuel works

You keep your messaging provider and your numbers. Tapfuel runs the campaigns and keeps the consent records.

Connect your provider

Link the messaging provider account you already use, with its sender numbers and carrier registrations. Twilio is available now; more providers are coming. Your credentials are encrypted before they are stored.

Collect consent you can prove

Every opt-in becomes a signed consent receipt, and every opt-out is permanent. The Consent Ledger shows each contact's history, so you can answer who agreed, when and to what wording.

Click-to-text links

Each brand gets a link page hosted by Tapfuel. A visitor taps the link and their messaging app opens with your opt-in message ready to send.

Campaigns with safety rails

Send a test before you start, confirm the recipient count, and keep sends inside the recipient's local daytime hours. Sending pauses on its own when errors climb.

For brands, and for the teams who serve many brands

A brand runs its own account. Agencies, campaign service providers (CSPs) and connectivity partners (CNPs) run one account for many brands.

Brands

One account, your contacts, your consent records and your campaigns, with roles for owners, admins and marketers.

Agencies, CSPs and CNPs

Manage each client brand separately. Contacts, consent and opt-outs stay with the brand they were given to, and staff access can be limited to the brands they work on.

Questions

Do I need my own messaging provider?

Yes. Today you connect a provider account whose numbers and carrier registrations (10DLC or toll-free) are already in place. Messages go out through that provider, from your numbers.

Who sends the messages?

You do. Your brand is the sender, and you are responsible for having consent. Tapfuel gives you the tools to collect it, record it and honor opt-outs.

What does Tapfuel do with my contacts?

It stores them for your brand and uses them only to run your campaigns. It does not sell them or use them for anyone else. The privacy policy has the details.

What does Google sign-in share with Tapfuel?

Your name, email address and Google account ID, used only to sign you in. Tapfuel asks for nothing else from your Google account.
